Description | Letters between A C Egerton, Secretary of the Royal Society, and J B S Haldane regarding a possible discussion meeting in May on "Man under conditions of extreme physical stress". Egerton includes a postscript stating that E J Salisbury prefers the title "Human Ecology". Haldane's reply is handwritten on the reverse of Egerton's letter, and states that if Salisbury's title is used the discussion should still be limited to the physico-chemical environment, and lists potential contributors and their specialisms. |
