DescriptionJean Joseph Proy, a 64 year old silkweaver, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born in Walincourt, in Picardy. He has been paralysed for the past two years and has hardly been able to work during this period. Louis Mercier signed a note at the end stating that he has known Jean Joseph for the past 25 years and that he is an assiduous member of the French Church of London. The petition is also signed by Barbet and Beuzeville (no first names given).
