DescriptionJaques Manouri, a 70 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born near Bolbec, in Normandy and came to England as a refugee in 1763. He has been a member of the French Church of St Jean since 1767, he was also an Ancien there for a time. Jaques can no longer work enough to be financially independent. The petition is signed by P Guillemard, S Beuzeville, James Barbet and himself. Overleaf, is a note from J L Chirol, the Pastor of the French Church of St Jean and Le Quarré. He states that he has known the petitioner for twenty-five years and can recommend him. The note his dated, 25 June 1815.
