DescriptionJeanne Uvelin, a 67 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. Her late father was Isaac Fret and their ancestors came from Normandy. Jeanne is a member of the French Church of London. She suffers from rheumatism, is very feeble and has poor eyesight. As a result, she can no longer work. The petition is signed by Louis Amédée Anspach, Pastor of the French Church of London; Moise Dumas and François Jolit.
