TitleMarie Gagneux, née Sénéchaud
Date2 Mar 1816
DescriptionMarie Gagneux, an 81 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born in London but her late father, Jaques Sénéchaud, was originally from Poitou. Marie is a member of the French Church of London and works in the silk industry. She suffers from rheumatism and is very feeble so can no longer work. A note in a different hand, signed by J Q Lebez, Deacon, states that Marie had worked for him and his predecessors for the past forty years. The petition is also signed by Louis Amédée Anspach, Pastor of the French Church of London and John Ham.
