DescriptionJeanne Trouvée, a 65 year old widow, born in Plymouth, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. Her late husband, Elie Trouvée was originally from Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, in Saintonge and her father, Pierre Corné was from L'Isle de Rhé. She suffers such severe rheumatism that she is somethimes unable to move for as long as three months at a time. The petition is signed by Boullier, Pastor. In a different hand, a note signed by F Gautarel and Samuel Tavan, both Pastors, states that they have seen the certificates produced by the petitioner and know her son as he is a member of their church; therefore, they wish to support her request.
