DescriptionThe parents and friends of Pierre Chargelégue, a 60 year old man, requests him to be admitted to the Hospital. He is the son of Pierre and Marie, originally from Lusignan, in Poitou. He has had dementia for several years, but the situation has now degenerated to the extend that they think he needs to be forbidden from going out. The petitions is signed by F Gautarel, Pastor; P M Chastellier; Louis Ogier and Jean Maze. Pinned to the petition is a certificate from Demedis, a doctor, confirming his condition, dated 12 July 1764.
