TitleJean Fleuret
Date17 Jan 1764
DescriptionJean Fleuret, a 53 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. His father, also called Jean, was originally from Clérac, in Gascogne. He is visually impaired, suffers from rheumatism and can no longer work as a tailor. He is described as having been baptised in the Church of London, but not attending it. The petition is signed by Isaac Micheau and Jean Jacob. Pinned to the petition is a note signed by Jacob Bourdillon, Pastor and Guillame Jourdain, stating that Micheau Tailleur and Jean Jacob, both Elders at Leicesterfields, are too honest to sign a petition including information that they cannot corroborate.
