DescriptionAbraham Mercier, a 79 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. His father, Jean Mercier, was originally from Carri, in Picardy. For the past two months, he has been paralysed and is bed bound. The petition is signed by L de la Chaumette Junior, Pierre Guillebaud and Robert Galhié. Pinned to the petition is a certificate from John Jacquin, a doctor confirming that Abraham is extremely tired due to his paralysis, which has nevertheless, improved thanks to the treatment provided by Mr Galliée, dated 4 November 1767.
