Description | Marie Flament, a 66 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born in London but her father, Jean Flament, was originally from Champagne. Marie is too ill to be able to work and look after herself. She is the sister of Jean Flament, who also petitioned the Hospital (H/D/2/5/19). A note at the end by Dr Jacquin confirms her poor health, dated 30 November 1769. The petition is signed by John Roy, Paul Galhié, Jaques Maze and David Raine. |
