DescriptionDavid Labbé requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born in Normandy but has been a refugee in England for the past six years. He suffers from dementia and his condition is so severe that his sister, with whom he lives, is concerned for his safety. He is a member of the French Church of the Artillery and is described as being young. Pinned to the petition is a certificate signed by Jn Jacquin, a doctor, confirming his condition, dated 30 March 1769. The petition is signed by Jacob Bourdillon, Pastor; Gilles Briand and Charles Yver.
