DescriptionJean De Boullianne, a man of about 72, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. His father, David De Boullianne, was a nobleman from Die, in Dauphiné. Jean is a member of the French Church of La Patente, in Soho. He is too ill to be able to look after himself. Pinned to the petition is a certificate from Jean Jacquin, a doctor, confirming that Jean is paralysed, dated 9 May 1769. The petition is signed by J G Delasaussaye, Pastor; J Charron, Elder and F A Pillissier, Secretary.
