His father, also called Pierre and himself, were both born in Guernsey, but his grandfather, also Pierre, was originally from Cherbourg, in Nomrandy. Pierre is a brewer and a cooper but can no longer work due to ill health. The petition is signed by Pierre Perchard Senior, Pierre Perchard Junior, William De Jersey and René Turquand. The latter added an additional note stating that he has known Pierre for the past ten years. |
