Description	Jean Mouliot, a 62 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He is the son of Jacque Mouliot and Marie Moizete, both originally from L'île d'Oléran, in Saintonge. Both his parents were members of the French Church of Les Grecs for nearly fifty years. Jean lost the use of his right eye eighteen years previously and now suffers from severe rheumatism. The petition is signed by Jonas Gandon and Etienne Amiot.
