| Description | Daniel Boyvin requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He is the son of Daniel Boyvin, born in St Loo, in Normandy and Anne Belljambe, born in Caen, also in Normandy. His parents went to Jersey as refugees over sixty years previously. Daniel now suffers from several conditions including poor eyesight. A note in a different hand from the rector and warden of the parish of St Helier, in Jersey confirms Daniel's condition. The note is signed by J Du Pré, Rector and Matt Le Geyt, Warden; whereas the petition itself is signed by Daniel Boyvin. |
