Date5 Jan 1785
DescriptionJoseph Lelong, a 57 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. His father, also called Joseph, was born in Bohain, in Picardy. He has been suffering from a severe case of kidney stones for the past ten years. A note in a different hand, signed by Peter Wallis, states that Joseph had been working for the late Zacharie Agace for twenty years, but is no longer able to do so.
