TitleMarie Fouché
Date30 Oct 1800
DescriptionMarie Fouché, a 49 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. Her father, Louis Fouché was originally from Normandy. She suffers from several conditions and is hardly able to walk due to severe pain in her leg. She can only do a limited amount of work in the silk industry but not enough to sustain herself. Marie has been a member of the French Church for the past thirty years. A note in a different hand, signed by Mercier, states that the petitioner's father was the former doorman of the French Church of the Artillery and that Marie is well known in the community being also a member of the Church. Furthermore, he mentions that her condition is incurable. The petition is signed by D Mercier, Jacob Ruffy and P P Grellier.
