| Description | Madeleine Lebailly, a 77 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born in Jersey and her late husband was Jaques Lebailly. Her late father, Pierre L'Ainé, was originally from Caen, in Normandy. Madeleine is a member of the French Church of London. She used to work in the silk industry but she now suffers from several conditions, as well as poor eyesight so can no longer work. The petition is signed by Mercier and Pierre Levesque. |
