| Description | Jaques Pigé, a 56 year old silkweaver, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born in the parish of Jounes, near Beaugency, in the Orléanais. He has been a member of the French Church of the Artillery for fourteen years. Jaques' eyesight is now too poor for him to be able to work and look after himself.
