DescriptionAbraham Bailly, a 62 year old shoemaker, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. His father, also called Abraham Bailly, was born in Caen, in Lower Normandy. Abraham has been paralysed for the past three years so is not able to work and look after himself. William Everard added a note at the end, stating that he had known the petitioner for fifty years and could strongly recommend him. The petition is also signed by John Everard.
