| Description | Daniel Levesque, a 63 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born on 27 July 1778. His parents were Elizabeth Soubien and Lewis Daniel Levesque. The latter was a Huguenot from Bolbec, in Normandy who came to England as a refugee c. 86 years prior to the petition being made. Daniel is a silk weaver but suffers from asthma and can no longer work. The petition is signed by Daniel Levesque himself and Peter Bastien.
