| Description | Susan Reynolds, a 77 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born on 5 February 1778. Her parents were Peter and Susan Hellett, née Diverdine. The latter was the daughter of Timothy Diverdine and Susan Bachelier, who came from Normandy with her father when she was 2 years old. Susan Reynolds was a weaver but can no longer work due to ill health and old age. The petition is signed by Susan Reynolds herself and N Polain.
