| Description | Isaiah Martin, an 89 year old widower, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born on 27 March 1769. His parents were Isaiah Martin and Mary King. Isaiah's paternal grandfather was a Huguenot refugee from Normandy. The petitioner used to be a foreman to Mr Hyde, a silk manufacturer but stopped working due to old age and ill health. He is now supported by his family. The petition is signed by William Ferry and Isaiah Martin himself.
