Description	Susan Collin Martin, a 58 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born on 19 April 1792. Her parents were Sarah Betsworth and Louis Martin. The latter was originally from St Honorine la Chardonne and was a member of the French Church of London. Susan used to be a silk weaver but can no longer work due to rheumatic gout and heart disease. The petition is signed by Susan Collin Martin herself and Elizabeth Collinson. Petition n. 1302.
