| Description | William Le Marechal, a 72 year old man, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born on 24 March 1785. His parents were Sarah Mason and John Le Marechal. The petitioner's paternal grandfather, Nicholas Le Marechal, was born in Normandy but came to England during Queen Anne's reign to avoid religious persecution. William Le Marechal's sister, Mary Twaites, died at the French Hospital. The petitioner used to be a silk weaver, but can no longer work. The petition is signed by James De La Mare and William Le Marechal himself.
