| Description | Payments charged against the sum £3600 net (£4000 gross) given by the King on 14 January 1692 for July, August, September and October 1691. Examined 27 September 1692.
The income was the proceeds of a warrant of £4000 paid in tallies upon 'the remainder of' the Act of Parliament granting to Their Majesties several additional duties upon beer, ales, etc. The money not being then available, the tallies were negotiated and discounted by Mr Stephen Monginot de la Salle at 10%, making a net figure of £3600.
