Beginning: 'Conte de la recepte et depense tant des derniers proceddans [sic] dans souscriptions et collectes faites pour la subsistance des Protestans [sic] francois refugiez, que de partie de ceux destinez pour la rachapt des captifs a Alger''. Receipts consist mainly of the balance of a previous account (no. 1, now missing) amounting to £669.5.2. The remainder comes from collections in churches and private benefactions, including a sum of £14.5.0 collected to ransom captives in Algiers. Outgoings in relief amount to £831.12.11. The account was signed on 13 April 1691 by T Satur, Minister; Piozet, Minister; J Le Plastrier; Paul Chaillet; De Marmande. A few names of individuals occur amongst the payments.
