AdminHistoryAn active Fellow of the Huguenot Society from its formation in 1885, Robert Hovenden, FSA, was a Vice-President from 1892 until his death, reported at the Annual Meeting of May 1909. His particular interest was in the Huguenot colony at Canterbury and he edited 'The registers of the Wallon or Strangers' Church in Canterbury' ', Huguenot Society Quarto Series, vol. V (Lymington, 1891-1898). He also transcribed parish registers for the Harleian Society.
