| AdminHistory | The panel was set up by the Board of Educational Studies at the end of 1978 to review courses at colleges associated with the University of London, Institute of Education. It reported directly to the Academic Council. It held six meetings and also made visitations to the six colleges to look at all areas of work. These six colleges were Shoreditch, St Mary's, West London Institute of Higher Education, Roehampton Institute of Higher Education, Chelmer and Goldsmiths. The Panel divided its work amongst four sub-panels which co-opted extra members who also attended visitations. |
