| AdminHistory | The Standing Sub-Committee was established by the Sub Committee on Advanced Studies at the meeting held 18 February 1965. It followed the Committee on Academic Diploma and MA which had been established at the meeting held 20 February 1964, but with a revised title and terms of reference. The Standing Sub-Committee was concerned with (i) The Academic Diploma and MA Courses in accrodance with the brief established for the committee set up in February 1964; (ii) teaching commitments and associated problems for memebers of teaching staff and research workers; and (iii) the co-ordination of research policy. |
