| AdminHistory | Joint Degree Committee 'A' was instituted to be responsible for determining the combination of courses which might be offered for the BA and the BHumanities degrees in the following subject areas: Art, Business, Economics, Classical Studies, Drama, Education, English, French, Geography, German, History, Mathematics, Music, Philosophy, Psychology, Religious Studies, Sociology, Contemporary Studies, Movement Studies, Multi-cultural Studies and Youth and Comminuty Studies. It consisted of one representative from each of the relevant University Boards of Studies, and one from the Institute of Education for each area of study. The Chairman was appointed by the Joint Committee of the University Academic Council and the Institute Council. |
