Title	Student Numbers: Student Load Distribution

Description	Comprises figures of numbers of students at the Institute of Education, as submitted to the University of London. The figures for the whole university were then collated and submitted to the Universities Statistical Record (USR). The USR was set up in response to the Robbins report which stated that there was a lack of adequate statistics on student numbers. Statistics were divided into undergraduate, postgraduate (taught), and postgraduate (research). There are returns for the following academic years: - 1986/1987; - 1987/1988; - 1988/1989; - 1989/1990; - 1990/1991.
