Description	Papers relating to the Associateship Programme at the Institute of Education - a course for experienced teachers and administrators to investigate a particular topic. This course was offered by the Advanced Studies Department at the Institute. Many of the students on this programme were international students. This file contains: - internal correspondence, memos, and reports regarding the structure and administration of the course; - lists of Associates for particular academic years, and the subject areas they will be studying; - statistical breakdowns showing the number of total 'Oversea' [international] students each year, and how many of those came through the Department of Education in Developing Countries (EDC); - schedules of lectures and seminars.
