Title	Courses for Overseas Students: Senior Students' Seminar

Description	Papers regarding an optional seminar programme taught at the Institute of Education for senior “oversea” [international] students at the Institute. The programme spanned all three terms, and included talks by internal and external speakers, and visits to schools and colleges. The topics of these seminars covered education in England and around the world. The text from a memo in these papers reads: “The group consists of about 25/30 senior students who are personally invited by the Adviser [to Overseas Students] – usually about 20 turn up.” These papers consist of: - lists of students who were part of the group; - schedules for the lectures throughout the terms; - correspondence with external speakers, and brief biographical profiles of them.
