Description	Comprises commemorative booklets of presentation ceremonies held each year, usually in March or April, where students from the previous academic year are awarded their degrees. Each booklet comprises a full list of all graduates organised by course completed.
AdminHistory	The Institute's first presentation ceremony was held in 1993.
Arrangement	This section was recatalogued in April 2014; old RefNos are recorded in the AltRefNo field. When originally catalogued records were created for items that the Archives did not hold. These records were deleted when the section was recatalogued.

Related Material	Speeches of the Public Orator given on each person to receive an honorary award are listed at IE/PUO. A number of audio and video cassettes relating to presentation ceremonies will be listed at IE/PHO/6.
