Description	Replaced the 'handbooks' in 1965 and contained similar types of information. They generally included a calendar of meetings; lists of officers of the Institute; co-operating Local Education Authorities, members of committees, and administrative staff; an entry for each constituent department and college of the Institute giving a brief history, an account of current activities and list of staff; list of University Representatives in Governing Bodies of the Constituent Colleges; list of teachers at the Institute; information about the Students' Association, courses of study and facilities for practising teachers and Institute publications; information on the organisation of the Institute and regulations for courses at the Institute. They continued to be published in the same format as the handbooks until 1968.

Arrangement	The calendars were originally catalogued at IE/PUB/C/3. In February 2014 the section was renumbered. Previous RefNos are recorded in the AltRefNo. Where items were removed from the Library ULIE collection the Classmark is recorded at AltRefNo2
