- minutes of a Union Committee Meeting, October 18th. Items discussed include Representation, Aid and Hospitality for 'National Student Peace Conference' Committee; request for delegates to United National Students Association Study Conference on the U.N., World Peace and Atomic Energy; Inter college debate; Grants and Welfare Committee.
- minutes of General Union meeting, 25th October. Including notice of a dance; considerable debate on a motion regarding support for the resolution of the 2nd I.U.S. congress re. affiliation of N.U.S. with I.U.S.
- minutes of General Meeting 15th November, items include; election results; Report on I.S.S.; Report on Grants and Welfare Conference discussing fees, ex-service grants, 'difficulties of overseas students<...> segregation in hostels and lodgings. English students were asked to boycott lodgings which discriminate against coloured students'.
- minutes of 27th November, discussion includes; appeal from [unnamed] asking that 'pressure should be exerted to secure the return of exiled Spanish Students'; appointment of officers; Foundation Week; art competition; N.U.S. referendum on affiliation with I.U.S.
- minutes of General meeting of 29th November , discussion includes; notice of N.U.S. referendum on affiliation or disaffiliation with I.U.S. to be held at IOE; extensive report of Liverpool conference of N.U.S. and resulting motion
- minutes of 1st December, including discussion on aforementioned referendum
- minutes of January 30th 1951, discussion includes; Conference ' Teachers, Education and Peace' and upcoming conference on 'Racial Unity' and 'London Greets China' ; motions to N.U.S Council on 'American type comics' and one regarding the 'Spanish Student Organisation'; 'W.U.S. business'; Grants and Welfare committee report; N.U.S. notice of next council, 'Colonial Students Day', proposal for speaker of the West African Students Union (W.A.S.U.) be invited to speak to a general meeting to state their case for recognition, though 'Mr Beaumont asked if this would serve any useful purpose, since N.U.S. was already hostile to the idea'.
