Description	Correspondence and papers, principally re visit to the UK by M.P. Singh, head of the Centre for Atmospheric and Fluids Sciences IIT in 1983 and visit to the IIT by Lighthill in 1984. In India Lighthill gave a paper on 'The Potential of Modern Large Computer Facilities' at a Symposium on Climate and its Variability. He also agreed to give a second 'talk' on 'Waves and the Hydrodynamic Loading of Offshore Structures'.
