| Description | Malcolm Lilly's correspondence and papers regarding Framework IV etc. Principally regarding European Cell Factory Conference, Lund, Sweden, 27-30 April 1997. Lilly organised this meeting with B. Hahn-Hagerdal at Lund. He gave the opening lecture. The objective of the conference was to review progress to date in achieving the aims and objectives of the Framework IV Cell Factories Programme. Lilly coordinated European biochemical engineering science in the Framework IV Programme. The biochemical engineering science Framework IV programme encapsulated the concept of biocatalyst-based factory process under the title 'Cell Factory'. |
