In 1981 the OECD commissioned a report on International Trends and Perspectives in Biotechnology from Lilly, A.T. Bull and G. Holt. A draft report was prepared by the end of the year and discussed at a meeting of experts, Paris, 17-18 March 1982. The draft was then modified and completed for submission to OECD member governments and subsequently published. |
