Summer schools were run by a number of universities for the purpose of providing a technical grounding in crystallography to scientists working in industry. The University of London ran one such course to which Lonsdale and the Department of Chemistry at University College London contributed.
Typescript papers relating to summer school courses at various British universities, including the Universities of Cambridge and Leeds (not including the University of London), 1943-1949.
