Description	Page 5 contains: - A letter from Thomas Gretton, chair of the London Parents' Ballot Campaign, dated 13 Feb 1988, which requests the co-operation of the head teachers, asking them to copy the statement from the letter about the work of the campaigners and the fact-sheet (see below) to send home with their students at half term. - A fact sheet printed on both sides entitled 'London Parents Ballot Campaign' describing the ballot & the reasons behind it. This sheet was presumably sent with the letter.
