There is a small amount of annotation at the end. - Three typed sheets, dated 30 March 1988, written by the London Parents' Ballot Campaign as a reply to the briefing paper written by David Avery of the Conservative central office, described above. The final page is headed 'Note for Labour MP's on Tory briefing on Parents Ballot with particular reference to the ALA...' which focuses on the ALA and on the accusation that the ballot discriminated in favour of one parent families.
