Description	Page 76 Contains: - Cutting with a photograph and description headed 'ILEA on the march'. The picture shows ILEA leader Neil Fletcher and ILEA children and supporters outside County Hall staging a protest. This followed the defeat in the House of Lords of the amendment that woud have stopped the immediate abolition of the ILEA. The cutting is annotatred with 'MS' and the date of 18 May. - A sheet of letter headed paper. The letter head is a statement from the ILEA rejecting the Government's proposals to fragment the authority.
