AdminHistoryMaurice Dybeck was the Warden/Principal at Sawtry Village College from its opening in 1963 until 1984. Sawtry Village College was one of the 'village colleges' of Cambridgeshire, based on the ideas of Henry Morris that a college should form a central hub for the community. These colleges provided education for 11-16 year olds during the day, and events and facilities for the rest of the community at other times.
