Parties: 1) William Fauwconer esq. of Petersfield in the county of Southampton 2) Thomas Jaques of Petersfield in the county of Southampton, innkeeper Property: The Manor of Cubberton [probably Subberton or Soberton?], the Manor of Midlington or Middleton, a messuage of land in Cubberton adjoining the churchyard now occupied by Gregorye Hooker and a parcel of land known as Fawconers Plott in the Forest of East Beare [Forest of Bere] and Ponchester, with rights, royalites, appurtenances etc. Transaction: 1) grants to 2) the property specified. Consideration: 5 shillings paid by 2) to 1) prior to the sealing and delivery of this indenture.
