Property: The Manor of Wyregherode or Worgreate (Worgret) in the parish of St Michaels in the borough of Wareham, Dorset, the messuage and farm with appurtenances commonly called Wyregherode or Worgreate Farm lately in the occupation of Nicholas Deereing other lands comprising 6 messuages, 2 water mills, one cottage, 8 gardens, 8 orchards, 93 acres of land, 37 acres of meadow, 87 acres of pasture, 120 acres of furse [gorse] and heath, together with common of pasture or turbary with appurtenances, in Wyregerode alias Worgreate, and in St Michael's and St Martin's parishes in the boroughs of Wareham and Morden in the said county of Dorset.
Also the lands, buildings, rights and privileges etc of the Manor of Wyregherode or Worgreate, the farm etc including those demised set and let, used, enjoyed etc and the reversions, remainders, rents etc of the said Manor, farm, messuages mills and tenements.
Transaction: 1) undertakes to levy a fine according to the usual procedures to 2) for the property specified, before the end of the next Easter Term. The final concord is that fine.

The final concord is a chirograph.
