2) John Cranwell of Farnham Royall, Bucks, gent.
Property: All the arable or pasture ground with appurtenances situate in the parish of Farnham Royal and abutting as follows: park and prime close in the occupation of Robert Kingham on the east part; pills peeces on the west part; the highway leading from Farnham Royal to Windsor on the north part; and London Road on the south part; all of which is currently in the occupation of Richard Peryman or his undertenants etc. With all easements, water courses, common of pastures etc thereto pertaining.
Transaction: 1) leases to 2) the property specified for the terms and consideration specified.
Consideration: Annual rent of 3s 4d to be paid at the Feast of the Annunciation and at Michaelmas in equal instalments.
Term: From the previous Michaelmas until the end of 21 years
