Property: One third part of a parcel of land in Retyn [Retin] in the parish of St Enoder
Transaction: 1) leases to 2) the property specified with the intent that in accordance with the Statute of Uses 2) may be in actual possession of the land and able to take the release of the property in fee simple.
Consideration: Five shillings, plus rent of 1 grain of wheat on the next 29th September if demanded.
