Property: 2 closes or parcels of land with appurtenances in the township of Moorsly [Moorsley] in the county of Durham, known as East Close and the Broomsflatt or Moorsley Closes
Transaction: The property was mortgaged by 1) for the sum of £150. By Articles of Agreement dated 9 October 11 William III 1) granted to 2) the property specified in consideration for the sum of £160, and 2) is entitled to the equity of the redemption of the property. By this indenture 1) grants, releases and confirms to 2) the said property, 2) being already in possession of the land by virtue of a bargain and sale dated the previous day.
Consideration: £160 already paid by 2) to 1)
